VENDOR POLICY 1. Vendor Onboarding Policy All vendors must complete the registration and verification process before onboarding. Vendor approval is subject to document validation and business verification. Versadu reserves the right to reject incomplete or non-compliant applications. 2. Product Listing Policy Vendors must upload accurate product information, specifications, pricing, and images. Misleading descriptions, fake brands, or duplicate listings are prohibited. Products must comply with applicable Indian regulations and safety standards. 3. Pricing Policy Vendors are responsible for maintaining correct pricing and stock availability. Sudden price manipulation, fake discounts, or misleading promotional pricing is prohibited. Versadu reserves the right to disable incorrect or suspicious listings. 4. Order Fulfillment Policy Vendors must process and dispatch orders within agreed timelines. Repeated delays or cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension. Vendors must maintain service quality and customer communication. 5. Quality Assurance Policy Vendors are responsible for product quality, authenticity, warranty, and after-sales service. Defective, damaged, or counterfeit products are strictly prohibited. Industrial products must meet required operational and safety standards. 6. Return & Refund Policy Vendors must honor approved returns and refunds according to Versadu policies. Refund disputes shall be reviewed by the Versadu support team. Customized or special-order products may be exempt from returns unless defective. 7. Vendor Rating & Performance Policy Vendor performance may be evaluated based on: Delivery timelines Product quality Customer reviews Complaint ratio Order cancellation percentage Low-performing vendors may receive warnings, restrictions, or suspension. 8. Logistics & Packaging Policy Vendors must ensure safe and professional packaging. Fragile and industrial products must follow appropriate transport safety standards. Vendors are responsible for damages caused due to improper packaging. 9. Marketing & Promotion Policy Vendors participating in promotions must honor promotional commitments. Versadu may promote vendor products through advertisements, banners, campaigns, and social media. Vendors must not run misleading advertisements using the Versadu brand name. 10. Customer Service Policy Vendors must maintain professional customer communication. Response timelines for customer queries should be maintained. Abusive behavior or negligence toward customers is prohibited. 11. Data & Confidentiality Policy Vendors must maintain confidentiality of customer and business information. Unauthorized use or sharing of customer data is prohibited. Vendors must comply with applicable privacy regulations. 12. Compliance Policy Vendors must comply with: GST regulations E-commerce laws Consumer protection laws Industrial compliance standards Intellectual property laws 13. Restricted Products Policy The following categories may be restricted or prohibited: Illegal products Counterfeit goods Hazardous materials Expired products Unauthorized medical products Restricted industrial equipment without approvals 14. Suspension & Termination Policy Vendor accounts may be suspended or terminated for: Policy violations Fraudulent activities Fake products Repeated customer complaints Non-compliance with laws Payment disputes or operational misconduct 15. Policy Modification Rights Versadu reserves the right to modify vendor policies, fees, terms, and operational guidelines at any time. ⚖️ RULES, REGULATIONS & LEGAL TERMS 1. Vendor Eligibility Vendors must provide valid business registration documents. GST registration is mandatory for applicable categories. Vendors must ensure all submitted information is accurate and up to date. Versadu reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application. 2. Product & Service Compliance Vendors must only sell genuine and legally permitted products. Counterfeit, prohibited, expired, or illegal products are strictly prohibited. Vendors are fully responsible for product quality, certifications, warranties, and after-sales support. Industrial products must comply with applicable Indian safety and compliance standards. 3. Pricing & Payments Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate pricing. Versadu may charge platform commissions, marketing fees, logistics fees, or service charges as applicable. Payment settlements will be processed based on the agreed settlement cycle. Any disputes regarding pricing or payments must be reported within the specified time frame. 4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Vendors must fulfill orders within the committed timelines. Delays, cancellations, or failed deliveries may affect vendor ratings. Vendors must ensure proper packaging and safe transportation of products. Industrial equipment and sensitive products must follow safety packaging standards. 5. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy Vendors must comply with Versadu return and refund policies. Refund eligibility will depend on product condition, delivery status, and customer complaint validation. Custom-built or special-order industrial products may be non-returnable unless defective. 6. Vendor Conduct & Ethics Vendors must maintain professional and ethical business practices. Misleading claims, abusive behavior, spam activity, or fraudulent practices are strictly prohibited. Vendors shall not misuse customer data or platform information.
